VIP renewal grace period |
Adobe information:
Extended VIP renewal grace period for Creative Cloud and Document Cloud for teams and enterprise customers from 30 to 60 days. Any customer with a VIP agreement with a VIP Anniversary Date between March 18 and May 31, 2020 is eligible for a 30-day extension of their renewal grace period. The 30-day extension will be applied automatically to all qualifying VIP agreements and applies to commercial, education and government. |
