Microsoft Office 2019, Office 365, Other Applications, Windows and Servers
You can have a one license or many. Some versions allow the software to be run on multiple devices, some are only for consumers and others only for institutions or organisations.

What’s what!
Office 2019 products are all Perpetual licenses (one-off payment, yours to use forever). If you want to keep up to date you would either purchase new versions of Office as they were released or add additional cost Software Assurance at the time you purchase your license (adds about 50% to the cost, please call for details).

Office 365 products are all Subscription licenses (usually an annual payment).

Other Applications
Individual Office applications (e.g. PowerPoint) plus Visio and Project, available as perpetual licenses (please call if you want subscription licenses).

Windows
Windows Pro 10 upgrades, with and without Software Assurance.

Windows Servers & CALs
Essentials, Standard and Datacenter plus Device and User CALs
