Parallels Desktop Chrome License for Education: Schools, Colleges, Universities, Students and Teachers; Charities and Not for Profit Organisations.
You need a Chromebook with a minimum of 8GB of RAM, the Chrome Enterprise upgrade to your Google Admin console and a copy of Windows.
A common call for this is in schools that have standardised on Chromebooks and staff who need to access Windows software have to revert to another computer. There are also plenty of Chromebooks in homes and businesses too.
